We repair our own pieces.

If a piece fails within 30 days of purchase because of our workmanship, we repair it at no charge to you, including shipping. After 30 days, and for damage caused by wear or accident, we will look at the piece and quote you a cost before any work begins. We will tell you how long it will take at the same time.

We size rings, shorten and lengthen chains, replace clasps, reset stones, and move charms between chains. We work on pieces made at any point since 1999.

Caring for your jewelry

Each Emily & Ashley piece is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Do not pull or tug on chains. When cleaning our 14k gold charms, use a polishing cloth, or a mild liquid soap and a gentle scrub. For pieces with colored stones, contact us or a professional jeweler to ensure a safe cleaning method.
