Orders may be placed online at EmilyandAshley.com. Personalized orders will be confirmed by a sales representative. Emily & Ashley reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Emily & Ashley.
All fine jewelry orders are custom made and do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Fine Jewelry orders take approximately 3-4 weeks. Bespoke orders take between 6-8 weeks to produce and ship. It is possible to rush your order for an additional fee by emailing sales@emilyandashley.com and we will do our best to meet your timeline. Emily & Ashley representative will notify the customer immediately.

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge with FEDEX Ground shipping. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. We ship internationally via FedEx for an additional fee. Emily & Ashley is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and Emily & Ashley is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Emily & Ashley is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues. If your order is sent back to Emily & Ashley by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
Orders placed in New York City can be delivered via messenger for an additional fee.
Emily & Ashley accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is placed into production.

Sales tax is applicable on all orders within New York State.

All charms are available in polished (shine) or matte finish (no shine). The finish of the charms may not be altered once the order is complete. All charms are hand engraved with a selected motif, monogram, name, or special message. The front and back of the charm can be engraved. There is a fee to engrave the back of the charm. If there is a long message or an ornate design an additional fee may charged once Emily & Ashley and the customer have reviewed the request. For monograms, names and initials there is a choice of script or block engraving. Diamonds and semiprecious stones may be added for an additional fee per stone.

Please be sure to note any additional requests in the comments section of your order. You can email us at customerservice@emilyandashley.com to request an example and confirmation of these additions to your order and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

All sales on EmilyandAshley.com are final. Please send us an email at sales@emilyandashley.com or give us a ring on (305) 504-8870 with any prior questions or concerns. Certain fine jewelry pieces may be exchanged at the discretion of Emily & Ashley within 30 days of purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at sales@emilyandashley.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from EmilyandAshley.com
Should you requite a repair please reach out to a sales representative at (305) 504-8870 or sales@emilyandashley.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as shipping unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product.

Each piece of Emily & Ashley is hang-crafted and requires delicate handling. Do not pull or tug on the chains as they should be treated delicately in order to prevent damage. When cleaning our 14K gold charms, it is best to use a polish cloth and/or a mild liquid soap and gently scrub. For jewelry pieces with colored stones, please contact Emily & Ashley or a professional jeweler to ensure safe and gentle cleaning procedures.
