All sales on EmilyandAshley.com are final. Please send us an email at sales@emilyandashley.com or give us a ring on 212-327-2765 with any prior questions or concerns. Certain fine jewelry pieces may be exchanged at the discretion of Emily & Ashley within 30 days of purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at sales@emilyandashley.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from EmilyandAshley.com
