To place an order via phone please call 212.327.2765.

Orders must have confirmation via email when placed by phone.

Orders may be placed online at www.emilyandashley.com at any time. If placed after closing they will be confirmed the next business day via a sales representative.

All items placed on your wishlist will be available for purchase up to thirty days.

Emily & Ashley reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Emily & Ashley.


All orders are custom and made to order. Orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customers.

Engraving orders take between 3-4 weeks to produce and ship. Bespoke orders take between 6-8 weeks to produce and ship. Orders can be expedited for an additional fee. If for any reason an order will take longer than the scheduled time window an Emily & Ashley representative will notify the customer immediately.


Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.


Emily & Ashley offers free repairs for jewelry purchased within one year. We acknowledge that manufacturing defects may occur in which case these repairs are complimentary. If you should experience the need for repair, please email customerservice@emilyandashley.com and include your name, address and repair issue.

We will only accept repairs for items purchased on www.EmilyandAshley.com.

Please note, all shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer to and from Emily & Ashley. The repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply. Allow 6-8 weeks for all repairs and rush repairs are not accepted.
