Returns & Exchanges

Items that are purchased on www.EmilyandAshley.com may be returned to Emily & Ashley for returns or exchange within 7 days from when the order is received. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items that are included in the original packaging (Emily & Ashley pouch).

Please email customerservice@emilyandashley.com for return request. Please provide your Name, Address and Reason for Return. All approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than www.EmilyandAshley.com.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping & insurance charges we incurred to ship your order. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Special Orders, Engraved or Custom Items cannot be returned. Special/Custom Orders placed on www.EmilyandAshley.com are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any item purchased using our Special/Custom option will be considered a final sale and cannot be canceled once they have been put into production.
